Steps on How to Make a Website for the Technologically Challenged

These days, you no longer need to be technologically savvy to be able to build a website. Say for example you are a housewife who makes an extra income from baking cakes and other sorts of pastries but want to expand your small business a little bit more by having an online presence. You no longer need to spend hours on end in front of your computer trying to learn how to make a website from scratch because there are web building tools available which you can use. All you would need to do is use a search engine to look for sites that will allow you to use this tool for free. However, you would need to invest some time in gathering photos of the cakes you've made in the past so you can publish them on your site as part of your portfolio. When you already have enough photos, you then need to work on the text content of your site. Make sure to have a price list section and an inquiry or contact page on your site so prospective customers can easily contact you. Learning how to make a website is not only for the young and computer savvy. All it takes is some patience and a little knowledge on how to find the information you need on the internet.
